Solving moving forum problems

If you move a forum, all the addresses you have made will not work, this may be fine for something like:

But links that go in the header dont work like that. Thats why I propose a forum wide no excepions system so that whenever eg. '%asdfg;' is typed in a url that it will automatically 'censor' (purse for techys) it into the forums main address. This way changing forum address wont be a problem anymore.

This would help a LOT
