Problem with button modification Empty Problem with button modification

I am trying to add new buttons to my forum. I changed the New topic, add reply and locked buttons... The problem is that when I refresh the page to see if they look ok, the only thing that appears is 2 icons with the locked button I added...

What am I doing wrong?
