Solved Forum seperator

how do i add a forum separator? I know you're totally clueless what i'm talking about.Hard to explain.Here errmm....open "home" in a new tab.Than click "Other Problems".You can see the first 4 topics.Than after that,there's a blue LINE than the few other posts will than appear.How do i add a separator? :wouhou:

Just create stickies & announcement in any forum then separate it via this
General>Messages and Emails>Configuration
Separate announcements and stickies from the messages :With a table
Save.
