Private forum and it shows Guests on it.... Please Help.

If you can help me I would really appreciate it.

I for some reason it is showing that there are guests and 1 bot on my forum.

I only have registered users my forum is private.

Here is a screen shot of what I see.... How do I prevent this?

well people can still go to the URL! but not view the forums!

I have a question.... If I send out an email to my team and in the email give a link to the thread in my forum I want them to look at. Can this cause problems? It just seems weird that right after I send out an email to my team that these 3 guest are on.... You know is it maybe that they are just not logged in yet? So they could be team members just at the log in page?

Now that I'm thinking about it more I'm wondering if that is it.

No, I can´t view your forum. I think that the link isn´t a problem because you cant view anything until you register. If it says thet they are online that´s because they found your link but they can´t do anything until they register.

This is nothing to worry about.
As long as your forums permissions are for members only guest will not have access to view the forums.. this means either someone is trying to register or registering or they are simply on the outside index,portal,logging page.

log out of you forum and go to it.. what you see is what guest will see. if you are seeing any boards or have access to them then this will mean you have to set the permissions correctly to how you see fit. If you are not logged in and you see nothing then then you have the permissions set right and this is what your guest will see.
