How to add a short cut name or link to another website on the Menu bar?

I want to add another word with a short cut link to another website on the menu bar.

So I want to place it to the menu bar together with the Home, Calendar, Memberlist, profile etc etc...

How to do that?

Go to admin panel... then to general.... then navigation and create a new one..... and add the url and the pic... then move it up or down depending where you want it located
