[Only-topîc] Request TimeOut Empty Re: [Only-topîc] Request TimeOut

Post by Cornelia July 24th 2007, 8:33 am

Hello.

I have the same problem on a board where Caihlem, Max--- and I are admin and it's only 1 week old, and that's where we are updating the tutorials :/

Since there's a server issue which seems to affect young boards, I pin this topic and make it as "Only-topic". I will tell the technicians.

To help our techs, post your board addresses

Post by Nessa July 24th 2007, 10:53 pm

I've been having that problem all day yesterday, on and off while i was configuring stuff it would just time out. So it's a problem with the server? Is there anyway of correcting this problem when it occurs?

[Only-topîc] Request TimeOut Empty Re: [Only-topîc] Request TimeOut

Post by emobear July 25th 2007, 6:04 am

I get this message

Request Timeout
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.

On my 3 forums
And I'm the admin right?
So why does it say contact your admin so they can make the timer longer? I cant find the option to do that anywhere.

My forums are
http://livealife.nice-subject.com/
http://hmmoonlight.nice-boards.com/
http://harvestmoonproject.niceboard.com/

I would like to be able to make this stupid thing work, but I can't.

That same problem has begun happening at Pokémon Café as well. I didn't create the site though. I'm just a mod.

Hey,

I am a newly registered forumotion member(under 12 hours) and am experiencing problems with my page loading. I was editing my page colors, hit save then went to preview forums and it just sat there loading. I am using the Microsoft Internet Explorer7 and after about 5 minutes a page loaded saying, "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

I've been refreshing the page every 5 minutes or so and still nothing.
