Problems seeing the admin panel.

My other admin cant see it but I can. I tried helping them see it but they say its not there. They even sent me a screnni too and its not there.

There in the real admin group?

They can access by www.forumsurl.com/admin

Do you mean the link isn't there for the admin panel?

You can add the following on to the end of the forum address and enter the admin panel however i would need a link to suggest a fix.

admin/login.forum?redirect=/admin

example:

http://www.yourforum.forumotion.com/admin/login.forum?redirect=/admin

Still not work for them.....

Yeah doesn't sound like you have added the correct access level onto their profile,

In the admin panel select there username,

Scroll down to the bottom of that screen and ensure thay have the correct title and that you have added them to the correct groups

Can u ask him to go to http://www.yourforum.forumotion.com/admin/login.forum?redirect=/admin and login from there

Just change "http://www.yourforum.forumotion.com to ur forums URL and add "/admin/login.forum?redirect=/admin" to the end of it
