How to give more reputation to my members?

Just want to ask how can I give more reputation to my members as reward for their responsibility to my forum?

Click on the bar on the right of the post. You can't just add more by the admin panel. Just find a post and click the + sign

You can't give additional reputation to them but you can give them additional points cia Admin panel.

You can give points because you can't add extra number to someone's reputation just like you do with points.

No, it doesn't affect the reputation.

You can click on '+' button in their posts to give them reputation.
