IP issues
Ok, so on my forum and a few others I'm registered I've been talking to the admins. Me and a few other members have more than one IP and mine says I'm half way across my country currently O.o My friend from Poland has 47 IPs, I have had almost 200 and the admins and other users have around 20 each. All this is very confusing and I'm sure on every single forum there can't be a hacker!
Would anyone happen to know what's going on?

Re: IP issues
Ok. So if I was to contact BT/Virgin/Sky/whatever, would they be able to do anything about it? Or is there no possible way to stop it.

It's the type of modem you have, which is what the gray cord connects to ur phone & the yellow cord connects to from ur pc to that box.
You have two types of modems; Dynamic & static; you have a Dynamic modem.
Having a Dynamic modem is far better for online safety, however if you wish to have just the one single IP Address, go into town to any good PC Retailer and ask them if they have any Static Modem's
Warning, modems can be quite expensive, just keep to something basic and cheap if you want a new one !!!
