Ban or not ban??

hye fren..i want ask you about ban...
what i can do for avoid from ban??
because i see more forum from forumotion has banned from onlineguardian..
i feel so worry about it..
i have bought a domain..
someone tell me,if i buy domain,my forum will not banned..yes or not??

Domain or not, your forum WILL BE banned by OnlineGuardian if you will violate the forumotion Terms of Service. Which includes : torrents, warez, p2p, hacking, copyrighted music/films... And whole lot of other stuff i didnt even bother reading.

what tos and rules??can copy and paste here??
