deviding subjects

How do I devide stickies and announcements and make them stay on top of the rest of the messages?
I allways thought they were not supposed to be positioned down when a new topic shows up...

Hello bleachzor, if you navigate into your Admin Panel and goto General, on the side you will see a little box label Messages and Emails, under the it says Configuration(click that), if you scroll down farf enough you will find that it says: "Separate announcements and stickies from the messages :" and after it says No, With a line, With a table, you want the "with a table" option, click that and save.


and now your stickies and announcements are seperated
