If you forget your password as normal user, then yes. On the login screen, simply click "I forgot my password" and you will be prompted when a new password has been sent to the e-mail address you provided upon registration.

This is the same for administrators, as long as the Founder has allowed Admins to use this function for security purposes. If you are admin and you have lost your password and can not get it back:
