those are only for images.

to get the "Enlarge this image" and "Click to see full size", which is only possible with images, you have to make a maximum size for images.
Admin panel >> General ( Tab ) >> Forum / Configuration > Image resize > Set max size > Save.
The you will have those buttons show up.

There is no Iframe, and it's configured, along with the code in the database, which u, I and other members & Staff cannot gain access too

there's no Image resize can you check it again?

Edit: For phpbb2, a lot of template modifications are required. However, i think if your forum was phpbb3 it would have been possible to achieve it without much of a hassle.

Please navigate to Admin CP > Display > Colors > CSS
Add this codes there and submit..

Code:

max-height : 150px;
overflow : scroll;
}

This will apply scroll bar to the code box which is longer than 150px.
