User's email account
Hi,
Recently one of my users changed the email address in their profile. It is definitely changed (i just checked from admin panel). However this user is STILL getting emails from the forum sent to the old email address!!
Please help ASAP.

Try editing the email in the admin panel and see if that fixes the problem.

Have done this and the member still received an email yesterday from the forum (telling her about PM) to her old email account.

Does that user also get a email on the new email account as well?

It seems to go to the new email sometimes and the old email sometimes!
I sent an email from her profile and it went to the correct address.
I have today sent a mass email (newsletter) from admin panel and it has gone to the old (wrong) address, so this is still not resolved! Please help!
It is definitely changed from admin panel and profile.
Edited to add: She told me that last time it happened the email went to both addresses.

This is solved. The user had registered 2 accounts without telling me. Apologies for this.
