Nacho, i would like to remind you that there is more than one staff member and more than one member that would be capable of completing this request. Specifying a certain member or person to do you're request is rude.

I would like to request that you change your title so it addresses all capable members not just a certain member.

Technically the rule isn't official yet, I think the only reason Beno said that is because Nacho went a bit far.
