Solved First Topic Reminder?

On my forum, my other Admin posted a first topic reminder, and the real her didn't really post it. She thinks we've been hacked... I don't think so, but she just wants to know for sure if it was Forumotion or a hacker. PLEASE answer soon.

Its a feature on the forums.

You can disable it by going to

General >> messages and emails >> configuration >> Always show the first message in the topics
