Warning system failure

okay, I have just recently made a warning system for my forum, and it works right, but FOR EVERYONE. like, I want to make so only moderators and admins can edit it, but I had a friend make an account and when he did, he went to the profile settings, and he had the warning system editing menu, which means all the members have it too. can anyone help? I'll show you a screenie of my settings on it.

here is a picture of like.. the registration page. anyone know how to get that off? cause you can edit that.. I just did and kept it at banned, and well, I can change it back all the way too.

Hello dmitchell,

Try changing the "Necessarily filled ?" to "No", if it's on "Yes" then that means all members have the ability to edit it upon registration.
