My Menu Bar Changed, Need To Fix It Back

Somehow my menu bar (where it say home, forum, member list, etc) had somehow shrunk 8 times smaller than it's original size and I dont know what had caused it:

I tried to figure out how to shrink it back, but nothing seems to be working, and now my makes the whole site look tacky and I cant even read the menubar titles anymore. Can someone please help me change it back?
