New post icons

Hi guys i was wondering if anyone could help me out with a bit of work for our forum . I want to change the new post and no new post icons on our forum with some custom ones but i havent got a clue how to do it .We are a Mercury cougar club and thought it would be good if i could include toe mercury logo .

like this one possibly identical to this but without the white background for new posts and a slightly darker version for no new posts .
If anyone can help i would really appreciate it , i also might need a few pointers on how to install if poss .

Of course you can

Goto Admin Pannel > Display > Pic Management > Advance Mode > Icons for the Forum

Right got them on there and they look fantastic , many thanks again .
One slight issue there quite big on the forum , i didnt realise that at the time , is there an easy way to reduce the size ? if not its not a problem as there fantastic

they have gone down such a storm by our members i think i will leave them the size you made as they doo look great , could i be a pain and ask if you have a little spare time you might be able to knock up a post locked icon please . If you can it would be trully fantastic and i would really appreciate it .
