You could google up a chat room code if you'd like.

Unfortunately I dont know what type of chat room your after, as there's no chatbox in the screenshot you have given us.

Admin Pannel >> Advanced >> Modules >> Chatbox >> Configaration >> Activate

Administration Panel > Modules > Chatbox > Configuration > "activate the chatbox" click yes. "ChatBox Display" either bottom of the homepage, or top of the homepage.
