How do I edit the Legend?

I'm an admin in the forum I use.

I want to know how to edit the legend that appears at the bottom of the page.

Instead of showing just [Adminstrator] and [Moderator], I want to add more legend topics and change the names of the current one.

How do I edit the legend?
And how do I make certain members part of a certain legend topic?

You can edit that by adding new user groups and selecting them to be either open or close but don't select them to be hidden because then they will not be shown.

On my forum, I did this and it doesnt show the new ones.

Also I selected to use colors, and that didn't change either
