You need to buy credits and spend them for a domain...
Admin panel>Misc>Buy credits

how many credits should be bought to change the domain address?

If you read the link that Zoids25 posted, you will see that you need 1.600 credits for buy a domain.

You can buy them with money, or you can win them in several Forumotion events that are posted here sometimes.
