Solved How i make a topic sticky?

ive notice in my quick mod tools at bottom left has no stickys nor on the post where do i make this sticky?

Go to the first original post >> Click Edit >> Scroll down towards the bottom and look for this.

Post topic as: Normal Sticky Announcement tick the circle to make it a sticky. Simple as that.
