Someone is abusing the rules

I normally go to several different forums a day. And one of them is hosted on forumotion, but i scrolled down, their FOOTER (copyright, phpbb, forumotion link) IS MISSING. I warned them about it, and they said: "OOOH im sooo scared". I would like this forum to be addressed, i really think its unfair!

They dont have credits. They removed VITAL info, like the link to forumotion and phpbb.
