Solved Language not change

I'm trying to change the Language on my forum to Albanian but is still in english. can any one tell me why the language not changing to Shqip <---- Shortly

I'm change the language to acp / general / Forum / Configuration > Default Language 'Shqip' Yes, that's all I know if there is another way please tell how.

In your profile also you need to change the language.
