deleted member - emails

deleted member - emails Empty deleted member - emails

A member of our forum asked to be deleted, but she said that she is still receiving emails. I don't know how to fix it because her name doesn't even show up anymore. Can you please help?

hey
just enter her profile and change the email on it ....to do that . Administration Panel / User Admin & Groups / User Admin / search for her name and then change her email on her profile .

Thanks...I just tried that but when I search for her, it tells me that 'no such user exists'...

Hello.

Are you sure you really deleted her, and not disactivated her ? Are her message marked as Guest ?

Have the emails been received before the deletion ? (she must look in the reception date).

Has she tried to register twice in the past and had her first account never activated (inactive users can be seen in Admin Panel > User Admin & Groups > Inactive users).

Yes I deleted her, but I will ask her to check the dates of her emails and if she is registered twice. Thanks for your help.
