Signatures not showing for my members

I told them to clear cache.
Apply the sig, log out and log back on, but it's still not working.

What else can be done?

My own signature started showing after a couple of days after setting it up.

Oh and they say they have approved of sigs in preferences.

Admin Panel // User & Groups // User Option // Look for Allow Signatures // All Users // Save

I have that. It's only a few users who cannot see them.

Always attach my signature:Yes
Save

One of the girls said she has it on yes and she submitted her sig a week ago and it still doesn't show.

Still doesn't show on new posts she makes?
If yes then take the code she uses in the signature area.

Okay I'll ask her about the code.

It's just a text in bold and a link to her blog.

What exactly appears for her when she adds the code? In the preview? A screenshot would help then.

I saw her signature when she wrote me a pm but it doesn't show up in threads.

Gah, never mind. We got it sorted. She wasn't listening to me and she had the preference on no. I had to check it for her.

Sorry about the mess.

I don't know how it was possible but that's the way it appeared. It shows in posts now aswell.
