With or without animation : no animation
Background color : Checkered flag design
Picture(s) link(s) : no specific link, just a realistic checkered flag, black and white.

Extra comments : This is for my navigation bar. If you go to my forum, you will see we really like checkered flags, etc... I really hope someone can do this, it will reallly make me happy!
