You will need to buy credits

Admin Panel // Mics Tab // Buy Credits // Pick Option on how you want to buy them.

Once you have them go to Buy Credits // Ad's Removal // Pick how long and your done.

What do you mean to have like a flash home page/entrance page?
you can sign up over here for free and create some pretty cool flash pages.
When your creation is complete there will be some links leading to the site at the bottom of the page but you can remove them from the code.

so heres the site. http://www.wix.com/ You would create the page how you want,get the code,add the code to a html page. then set your html page as your hompage.
