auto-refreshing code?

Hi, I have a link to an online radio stream as well as the current track on my forum. However, you must refresh the page in order to see the current track if it changes while you're browsing the page. What's do I need to do to have this code auto-refresh every few seconds:

As well as this one, which shows whether the station is online or not:
