First of all the whole "ALL CAPS" thing is super annoying, join the world and be regular.

A "points shop" is not available through Forumotion. The only way to make a point shop is to make a forum(sub-forum) Labeled "point shop" (or whatever you would like) and than make topicsabout whatpeoplemay buy.
