1.Because it is different from English, Spanish, etc.Greek writing is cuneiform, that letters are used instead of signs.

nop , impossible pages ending in -h20.htm , -h1.htm etc ! URL structure is the following :

http://your_site_url/name_of_your_page-h(number of your page ).htm
