Solved Scroll Bar in Profile Options

I'm sorry to be asking another question so soon...forgive my inexperience, please. beu But I think this one will be pretty easy to answer.
Is it possible to make the profile options into a scroll bar. I have a mood system and I'm worried about when we get more options, that it will be too big. I don't want it to be like this:

Scroll Bar in Profile Options 213n5zm

I want it to be a scroll bar, like when you choose smilies. Is this possible?

I do not think this is posible right now... or atleast I've never seen it done.
