Need help making a table

Alright, ive been on a few sites lately that have a Table at the top, such as this one: http://newdivide.forump.biz/index.htm

Now, ive looked on the forum already, and i saw there was a code for it. Now be it that i was actually good with Codes, i would do it myself. BUt i was wondering if there was anyone on here nice enough to help me make a table sort of like that for my site. Now ive tried myself, but i get confused on what goes where and how what should be and what to use and so forth. Add that with my really short attention span and thing of patience its a bad combination lol.

So if there is anyone out there that would be willing to help me make a table that is kind of like that for my forum, please post, i would really appreciate it.
