NAv Bar does not show up in Google Chrome or Explorer Empty NAv Bar does not show up in Google Chrome or Explorer

the Nav Bar does not show up in Google Chrome or Explorer yet it works fine in Firefox.

Any idea why?
My Nav Bar preview is set for guest
Special rights have some set for guest and others for ALL


Signed in or not the Nav Bar does not show up in google chrome or MS Explorer

There had been many issues with IE, It work only for me here in firefox.

I did add the Google Ads under the links..

Maybe I should reinstall that header code and see how that works.
