Can any one help me how to put the recent topic in the index?
Example like this:

It is not possible, UNless you have the portal as your homepage. You can add the latest tutorial widget. It will be scrolling.

I see that in this website http://damha.6forum.biz/forum.htm they use phpbb too.

I am not sure how they have added it, but its difficult to add a automatic system. I don't even think what they have is one.
