is it possible to a forum from forum to sub/forum?Or to move all the topics in a forum to sub/forum...in 1 click.

In the forum/subforum, you should see at the bottom of the frame:
Permissions: yo can moderate this forum

Click that
Here, select all the treads and at the bottom click on move, choose the destination and validate Wink
