Background Size Empty Background Size

What is the ideal sizes (px) for full backgrounds (theme phpBB2 subsilver) & is there a CSS code to make the background image fit any size browser ?

I also asked it before, but noone did knew it xd

Just try some sizes, or search for it at the internet..
