In my forum, a message used to appear whenever someone edited a message, saying something like, "This message last edited by [username] on [time and date]" in fine print. I don't know if I changed something in the admin panel, but it's gone now. How might I get it back?

Its there don't worry. When someone post after you do and you edit it you will see the message. If there is no reply and you edit it you have to write something in the bottom of the post that says Edit Reason. Then it will show.

Um, How do I deactivate it then? It's kinda annoying at times. Lol

It's a good idea to have it vichul, I think it's a great feature. It stops the poster below looking silly when they respond something that is later altered. Other members can see that that original post has been changed.
