you have to read the directions on the promotions board.

Or do you mean the forumotion directory?

Have to read the rules before you can do it https://help.forumotion.com/rules-presentation-of-your-forum-f13/ and after I or Luky or Nessa reviews the forum you will be accepted or refused. Then the topic will be placed where you requested it to be.
