Just a question about signature

i posted a thread on :

but when i edited it was locked already.

I wanted to know that when every member needs to manually set their signature to ON?
member was complaining that he put his signature but could not see, so i did manually in his profile.

Yes he has to do it through his profile. It cannot be always set to that.
