im workin on making a gfx forum and i need someone who can design a custom skin for it and install it whoever does i will make the co-owner of the forum pls pls help me:(

Sorry but this is not a forum problem. You ask if someone can create a theme on your forum not here. Forumotion doesn't make themes anymore.
