User cannot send PM's

Hi,

I recently disabled a user's ability to send PM's for a short period. I have just recently re-enabled it, and set it to "yes" and clicked save.

However the user can still not send PM's - she says they are sitting in her outbox, but the recipients aren't getting them. She tried sending one to me and the same happened, I have not got it!

She is definitely set to able to send PM's in the admin settings.

Outbox is normal and will be in the sentbox once the user who got it reads it.


Have you tried sending them a PM? Have you tried click no again and then yes again?
