There isn't a way to 'zoom in' your forum and increase size of everything.

i knew about this code but i saw some forumotion forum with everything bigger than normal

You have to make them bigger separately. There is no one copy-paste code for this.
You need to select all the elements by CSS and apply proper codes to it.
