There is no proper method of doing this but you can try this.
Go to Admin CP > Display > Colors >CSS
Add this code there and submit...

Code:

p {
text-align : center;
}

The above code will center align the who is online and statistics.
Make sure you add the code correctly and hit the submit button after adding it.
