forums button on the middle?

why is the forum icon on the middle of the page

I'm talking about
[new post, no new posts, forums locked]

can someone show me how to fix this problem I want it to be on the left... the way it should be

I tried clearing CSS page but the problem is still present.

sorry! NeverMind.
as it turns out it's just the browser
when I used google chrome the icons are in the middle
when I used mozilla FireFox it's all good!
