Trouble adding scripts to Phpbb3

Hey guys.

So I wanted to add a Jquery toggle slider to my Phpbb3 forum, but it doesn't seem to be working after I add the script to a widget.

I made an html page with the file I wanted; you can see it here: http://dsprime.weaponboard.net/ToggleSlider-h2.htm

Then, I would suspect that I could add this to a widget and the slider would display:

Am I doing something wrong? I tried adding the script to the site description and still, nothing appeared, so I don't think I am adding the code in the wrong place.

Extra information: I styled the html page with CSS using the following method:

Am I supposed to add the CSS styling in my overall CSS, or is this fine?
