I need help filling in the fields for getting a domain name.

Well basically I'd like to get a domain name and I found out ForuMotion is willing to provide us a free one, problem is that some fields are a bit confusing to me.


Can someone explain the following fields to me and if they are necessary fields?

Name (not First name)
Corporate Body
and Organization

Name of the forum
Corporate Body has what options?
Organization what group are you.

So for "Name" I'd put Brick Builder got it,
I understand what to do for Organization,

Corporate Body has the following options:

Particular
Society
Organization.
