Help - this guy keep visiting my site and flooding

This guy, JAN2X, was a member of my site before. I did like him for being active for a short time, until he saw my footer and joined forumotion. He has become smart and tricky.
He kept flooding my chatbox, as in the pic below:

He secretly messages some of my member, worst of it he secretly edited his message and put his site(pic below) on his posts. I edited it too and removed his site. Sorry but my main site is not an advertising site! One of the sample pic below:

I already did an IP ban of him but why he could spy on me everytime? i thought banning could not make the person view the forum... He then keeps flooding my chatbox. posting his forums, saying some trash things. He even says i copy from his site, but he is the one who does the copying.
If you could see his posts here, you could see red warning bar on him, good for him. And i do not plan to help him at all.
Is there anyway to prevent this guy from entering my site?

Keep banning him, not IP ban simple ban. Until he is tired of it.

sathyan, Please keep to the default font as Bold/Color is for staff members use only.

As suggested by Sanket just IP/Email Ban. If you know your forum isn't copied then don't worry about it.

Yes, i think we do need to keep banning irritating people.

Eventhough his action was like that, i think i would just forget and forgive him. If he needs help, i think i would try to, and hope im not used.
