Need a blue banner for my Forum!!

I need a nice, blue banner for my Forum. Here's some details:

Background Colour: blue
Font:Normal
Font Colour: Any color that matches with Blue

I need it ASAP but I know Graphics Moderators have a lot of work to do that I can't even imagine, if you really can't manage to get this done ASAP, just take your time.
